Already have a deal on a property and want some level of legal protection.  You don’t know where to get the proper forms, don’t want to deal with the hassles and stress of paperwork or don’t know where to begin to prevent disputes from arising.  I am a 14 year licensed real estate agent and will act as a facilitator in meeting the requirements of the appropriate paperwork.  Realtors are legally bound by a strict Code of Ethics and high Standards of Business Practice. 

Most buyers and sellers are willing to split this service fee evenly.
