We tried to sell our home by ourselves. We were sick of doing open houses on the weekend. We had it advertised on Comm Free.com. We noticed a house down the street that Bev had listed and sold within 3 days. We spoke with the sellers and they highly recommended we contact Bev. She had our home listed within a few days. She also recommended that if we wanted to continue trying on our own, that we should lower the price as it was listed too high. We said “NO”! We were fed up!!

I kept calling Comm Free to remove our listing from their site, but they never did until after the home was sold. During the time it was listed on MLS, we had many showings, but never received one call through the Comm Free site. Without Bev’s assistant, I’m sure we would still be for sale. We are now living in Vancouver with no regrets.
